Roger Gray’s most recent position was as CEO/CIO of USS Investment Management, the investment management arm of the Universities Superannuation Scheme. He has previously held the positions of Chief Investment Officer for Hermes Investment Management, Global Head of Asset Allocation and Currency for UBS Global Asset Management, CEO/CIO for UBS Asset Management Switzerland and CIO at Rothschild Asset Management.
Roger studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford and Economics at Harvard University, where he was a teaching fellow in International Trade and Finance and Commodities and Securities markets. Roger is a keen amateur oboist and holds a Diploma in Music.
